Divine Orbital Necklace

This one-of-a-kind pendant features Turquoise from the Number 8 mine. The stone has been bezel set (wrapped in silver) and framed in a silver shadow-box with tiny melted silver balls to compliment this beautiful Stone. With an oxidised background (blackened) the vibrance of this stone shows to its full advantage. In the sunlight this is a glowing blue with the no8 mine signature deeb chocolate inclusions throughout the stones from the boulder it was were mined in, this creates the unique Matrix that I am always searching for in these stones. There is also a secret silhouette on the reverse, just for the wearer. A meticulously hand-sawn tree. This design represents growth and creativity.

This piece was incredibly enjoyable to create. Layering, hand-stamping, sawing, texturing, soldering, and polishing are just some of the steps taken to bring it to life. Each process done with care and accuracy to create a wearable work that will last a lifetime.

Dimensions – This pendant measures approximately 35mm high X 18mm wide (at its highest and widest points) Created entirely from reclaimed and recycled Sterling Silver, The Gauge (thickness) of the backing silver is 1.2mm making the piece strong and durable.
