A Twist of Nature Collection

This is a one-of-a-kind creation featuring a spinning bail to allow you to enjoy a second design on the reverse, or is it the front? You can choose which you prefer all day!

Face one- the Labradorite gemstone has been bezel set (wrapped in silver) and framed in a silver shadow-box with tiny melted silver balls to compliment this beautiful stone. With an oxidised background (blackened) the vibrance of the blue luminescent stone shows to its full advantage.

Face two- A hand sawn little platypus is curious and cruising along, enhanced by a tiny natural pink tourmaline gemstone sparkling in a hand-fabricated tube setting.

This piece was incredibly enjoyable to create. Layering, fabricating, hand-stamping, sawing, texturing, soldering, engraving and polishing are just some of the time-consuming steps taken to bring it to life. Each process done with care and accuracy to create a wearable work that will last a lifetime.

Created entirely from reclaimed and recycled Sterling Silver, The Gauge (thickness) of the silver is 1.2mm making the piece strong and durable.
