Rachel Grose of RgSilver handcrafts all products on this site. If it is listed on this site, then it is ready to ship and will be posted within 1-3 working days upon receipt of order. Oftentimes, orders can be processed faster than that, but I can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
MADE TO ORDER Vs PREMADE
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade. Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products can take weeks to be created for you. I will be informing you of the time it will take to create a specific custom piece as we go through the process of design.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order. Care for your new product(s) by:
*some stones react to dishwashing liquids, this information will come with these specific orders
*I recommend jewellery polishing cloths if you wish to keep your silver bright
*do not apply too much pressure to settings.

I ship out all items as fast as I can. Usually within 2-3 working days, sometimes less.
All postage within Australia is free. I send out all packages under $100 express post with a tracking number. Any Purchases over $100 are send registered post and will need to be signed for at your local Post Office.
International orders are sent out using First Class international mail and can be delivered anywhere between 8-21 working days.
RGSilver is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

RGSilver crafted Jewellery is handmade and designed, I trust you will understand there may be slight irregularities. As they are all handcrafted I hope you will agree this makes them unique.
I want you to be as happy with your item as I was creating it. Therefore, please contact me within two days of receiving your item if there is any problem.
Returns- are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you feel you need to return a piece for some reason, please contact me.
Repairs- if for some reason a piece purchased by me needs repair I will do my best to work with you to bring your piece back to life.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
