Recycled Sterling Silver – Hand-Sawn Botanical Silhouettes – Satin Finish

Inspired by the delicate beauty of nature, Leaf & Light celebrates the lovely interplay between solid silver, intricate botanical details and open space.

Each earring features a delicate leafy branch, individually pierced and carefully hand-sawn into a softly curved silver panel. The botanical silhouette sits alongside an open silver frame, creating a beautiful contrast between light and shadow, simplicity and detail.

The two earrings are mirror images of one another, with the botanical designs facing outwards. A soft satin-brushed finish gives the silver a gentle lustre, allowing the intricate hand-sawn details to take centre stage.

Lightweight, comfortable and full of subtle movement, these earrings are elegant enough for a special occasion while remaining wonderfully easy to wear every day.

Entirely handcrafted from recycled sterling silver in my Ballarat studio, each earring is individually made. The tiny marks and subtle variations of the making process are deliberately retained, celebrating the unique character of handmade jewellery.

Measurements:
Approximately 20mm high × 15mm wide (excluding ear wires).

The earrings hang from handcrafted sterling silver ear wires.

The reverse bears my maker’s mark and sterling silver hallmark.
